THE INSTALLATION PROCESS CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STAGES

STAGE 1. PREPARATORY WORKS.


At this stage, the metal structure is manufactured according to the previously prepared design documentation. As a rule, a metal structure is made of blocks that are convenient for transportation, which are connected to each other during installation by welded assemblies, or by bolted connections. It is important to know that a slight deviation of the frame can significantly affect the plane of the screen itself. The appearance and service life of the screen depend on the quality of the metal structures. Also at this stage, the coordination and approval of the PPR (project for the production of works) usually takes place. There is a delivery of materials and equipment, assembly of scaffolding, preparation of the place of work. Coordination and submission of all necessary documents. Registration of passes, permits and work orders.

 

STAGE 2. INSTALLATION OF BEARING AND SUPPORT STRUCTURES.


Bearing structures are embedded parts (brackets, beams or fachwerks) on which the entire screen will be held. We carry out installation in strict observance of project documentation and working drawings.

The fastening of structures to the building is usually carried out using anchors, chemical anchors or welded joints.

Support structures are installed on the supporting structures, to which the cabinets of the LED screen will be directly attached.

We are confident in the quality of our work, and we easily pass the examination of welded joints, providing the Customer with an expert opinion of the laboratory, which is especially necessary when submitting documentation to the regulatory authorities of facilities under construction.

STAGE 3. INSTALLATION OF LED SCREEN CABINETS (PANELS).
 
The LED screen is a complex electronic device connected to the mains ~ 220, ~ 380 V and has a life-threatening high voltage inside, therefore, persons with an electrical safety qualification group of at least III for electrical installations up to 1000 V are allowed to install the screen.

Cabinets are usually installed in rows from the bottom up. The cabinets are attached to the supporting structure with the help of plates and bolts, interconnected. Thus, as a result, all screen cabinets are connected in a single field.

 

STAGE 4. CONNECTING THE SCREEN TO THE SUPPLY AND LOW-VOLTAGE NETWORK.


Based on the dimensions of the structure, loads, materials used and the weather and climate conditions in which the LED screen will be used, we compile a list of the most suitable electrical equipment, taking into account the requirements for minimum installation costs.

When performing electrical installation work, it is very important to choose the right equipment and materials, correctly evaluate the technical characteristics and quality of electrical cables and wires, and correctly design power circuits.
