Our company provides such a service as "WARRANTY SERVICE" and has a large staff of qualified specialists who are ready to fix any damage to your video screen absolutely free of charge during the warranty period.

The standard warranty from most top Chinese LED screen manufacturers is 2 years. For an additional fee, you can extend this warranty to 3 or 5 years. But, most often, this is not practical, since an additional guarantee will significantly increase the price, and you will very rarely use it (from our experience).

It should be noted that we include a set of spare parts in the delivery package, which consists of the components most prone to breakage. Our engineers train personnel at the Customer's site so that they can replace some parts on their own, it is very simple and will take no more than 5 minutes!

HOW ARE COMPONENTS REPLACED IN THE EVENT OF SIMPLE BROKENAGES?

If it is possible to solve the problem on our own, we act according to the following scheme:

1. EVALUATION OF COMPLEXITY OF BREAKAGE

If a pixel or lamella burns out, then you can replace it yourself.

2. USING THE PARTS KIT

The components necessary for repair are taken from the spare parts kit.

3. INDEPENDENT REPAIR

New components are installed in place of the old ones. This takes the minimum amount of time.

4. WE COLLECT BROKEN PARTS

We collect old spare parts for a certain period (6-12 months) and return them to the manufacturer.

5. FACTORY REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS

The plant repairs or replaces old components with new ones and returns them to the customer.

6. COMPLETE PARTS.

With this approach, by the END of the warranty period, you have a COMPLETE PACKAGE OF NEW SPARE PARTS.

It is possible to increase the warranty period, but this will affect the price of the product. As a rule, most manufacturers increase the cost by 10% with an increase in the warranty period by 1 year.

In the event that the customer wants to extend the warranty period, we offer a more profitable solution - to purchase a larger set of spare parts, which will remain with you at the end of the warranty period and you can use it for several more years. Our company works only with trusted suppliers of high-quality LED screens, from experience - for warranty cases, we are contacted a maximum of 1-2 times a year (for minor breakdowns), and you will have to pay about 10% of the cost for each year of an additional warranty. Therefore, the most optimal solution is to buy a little more spare parts.

Together with the screen, the delivery set always includes a set of spare parts (the most frequently failing elements). In the event of a breakdown, we arrive, replace the failed part with a new one, and pick up the old one and return it to the manufacturing plant. The factory replaces it with a new one or repairs it. Thus, by the end of the warranty period, the Buyer has a complete set of spare parts.
