Our specialists in China control not only the production processes, but also the acceptance of the video screen at the factory, its packaging and transfer to the logistics department.
This stage is very important, since the screen, although it is securely packed either in a flight case or in a box, is still very important to properly transport it so as not to damage it.
For each client, depending on the needs and final location, we develop an individual delivery scheme. We select the optimal modes of transport in terms of price and speed (railway / air / car / sea) and combine them.

How long does it take to produce a screen in China and deliver it?
The terms of receipt by the Customer of the finished product consist of two components:
The timing of the screen production at the factory.
Delivery terms.
In order to produce an LED screen at a factory in China according to your individual requirements and parameters, it takes an average of 20 to 60 days, depending on the complexity of the video screen. Standard safe delivery by sea + railway is about 30 days. So the screen delivery time is 60 to 90 days. Air delivery speeds up delivery by 3-4 times, but increases the price.
From experience: the fastest screen delivery from China was 14 days (air)
We strongly do not recommend that you choose companies that operate in their offer with a high speed of delivery. LED screens are a very technologically complex product that requires high precision and quality control at every stage of production. There are a number of standards and regulations that no self-respecting manufacturer will deviate from.
The production is followed by the testing phase, which takes a lot of time, but which has the maximum impact on the QUALITY AND LIFE LIFE OF THE SCREEN. At this stage, the cabinets are “burned” at maximum brightness in order to identify a possible marriage. Many companies reduce the delivery time of LED screens by neglecting testing, which is strongly discouraged.
THE SCREEN MUST BE MANUFACTURED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR PROJECT. This is a MANDATORY condition for image uniformity, as the factory must use STRICTLY SINGLE BATCH DIODES. Otherwise, there is no way to avoid the color ripples that we see on many screens installed by unscrupulous contractors.
METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Customer focus is our credo! Therefore, we offer very flexible payment systems that take into account, first of all, the interests of the customer. Therefore, it is more expedient to contact the manager, discuss the project and you will be offered the best possible options.
After the Customer has decided on the choice of the desired product, the stage of concluding the contract follows. The contract for the supply / installation of LED equipment prescribes a payment scheme, most often the standard scheme 70/20/10 is used. Where:
The Customer transfers 70% of the payment amount to our current account within 3 days from the date of conclusion of the contract
The Customer transfers 20% of the payment amount after the delivery of the equipment to the facility
10% - the final payment is made after the delivery of the object.
But there are many other schemes adapted to the needs of each individual client.

The delivery time of the LED screen depends on many factors, such as the availability of all components at the factory, the size, the state of the logistics sector at the time of the order, the workload of the factory, the speed of the customs service, and so on. A comfortable delivery time for everyone is usually 90 days, but it can be reduced to 60 days due to air delivery, but this will increase the price.
Installment payment can be provided for a specific project.
As for interior screens, they are constantly in stock in Moscow - transparent, stands, pylons and many other models that you can see in our showroom. Media facades are also available, most often these are certain models that were ordered for another project, but the deal for some reason did not take place.
Screen testing at the factory is the inclusion of the manufactured product at maximum brightness and the so-called "burning" it for a long time at maximum settings. This is done in order to identify a possible marriage and immediately eliminate it. If this stage is excluded, then the marriage will be detected during the operation of the screen already at the facility. Eliminating it is much harder, and sometimes even impossible.
