Europe's largest skating rink to be opened in Moscow and to be equipped with LED screens

A few days from now - on November, 27 - the grand opening of the VDNH new ice rink will take place. Its dimensions are indeed dazzling: the ice covers 20.5 thousand square meters and the total area with all the extensions is more than 57 thousand square meters.

However, the size of the new ice arena is not its main distinguishing feature. Numerous visitors are attracted by the LED screens located ... right under the ice! Thus, people will skate literally on LED-screens.

The rink is to be divided into several zones: "Lovers Avenue" for couples, the two sites will be designed for those who need more space for their pirouettes, and, of course, a separate area for young athletes. Each site will have a special video, which will be broadcasted directly under the visitors feet.
